How RemoteRoster works and what you can expect.
Terms
RemoteRoster helps applicants find and apply for jobs abroad. Creating an account and applying does not cost anything.
Fees
The manual service fee is 5,000 ETB. It is requested only after a company confirms your offer by official email and only where permitted by applicable law and your service agreement. No fee is charged to apply for a job. Payment instructions become available in the applicant dashboard after offer confirmation. Each M-Pesa payment reference is reviewed manually by RemoteRoster.
Refunds
Eligible payments are refunded in full if the related visa, work permit or confirmed employment opportunity is refused or withdrawn. Refunds are processed within 20 calendar days after payment and the denial have both been verified. See the Refund Policy for details.
Hiring decisions
Employers make the final hiring decision. RemoteRoster does not promise a job.
Visa process
Visa decisions are made by the immigration authorities of the destination country. RemoteRoster does not control them and cannot promise a visa.
Documents
At the moment you only tick which documents you hold. We do not store scans of your documents on this site.
Privacy
Your profile is visible to you and to RemoteRoster staff. We share your details with a company only when we put you forward for a job.
