Refund Policy
Updated 11 October 2026
Manual payments are offered only after an employer-confirmed offer and where legally permitted. Creating an account and submitting a job application do not require payment.
When refunds are available
Where RemoteRoster has lawfully received payment for an eligible service and the related visa, work permit or employment opportunity is denied or withdrawn, the payment is eligible for a refund upon confirmation. Proof of payment and the relevant visa/work denial or employer decision may be required.
20-day refund commitment
Eligible refunds are processed within 20 calendar days after payment and the visa or work denial have both been verified. If the denial happens after the payment, the 20-day period starts when the denial is verified; it cannot begin before the denial occurs. Transfer time may vary by provider. Stronger rights under law take precedence.
Requesting a refund
Contact RemoteRoster support with your applicant reference, payment receipt/reference and the official refusal or employer correspondence. Do not share sensitive identity or banking details in public posts.
Legal rights
RemoteRoster will not charge recruitment fees where prohibited by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.
