RemoteRoster processes the details that applicants provide: name, email, phone, employment history, experience, qualifications, CV files, readiness answers, applications and correspondence. We also keep necessary login/session and security records. Do not send passport scans or other sensitive documents unless requested through a secure process.

Why we collect it

We use these details to maintain accounts, review readiness, assess and manage applications, manually prepare CVs, communicate with you and prevent misuse. Applying does not guarantee a job, visa or permit.

Sharing and overseas transfers

Access is limited to authorized RemoteRoster staff and relevant technology providers. If you authorize employer submission, relevant information may be shared with prospective employers or recruiters overseas, where privacy laws may differ. We do not publicly post your CV or sell your personal information.

Security and retention

CVs are stored in private storage with account-based access control. No service can guarantee absolute security. We retain records while needed for applications, resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations, then delete or anonymize as appropriate.

Rights and choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw authorization for future employer submissions, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not reverse submissions already made. Contact RemoteRoster support to make a request.
